Article 113. Entry into force and application

Artikel 113. Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.

It shall apply from 2 August 2026.

Sie gilt ab dem 2 August 2026.

However:

Jedoch:

1. Chapters I and II shall apply from 2 February 2025;

1. Die Kapitel I und II gelten ab dem 2 Februar 2025;

2. Chapter III Section 4, Chapter V, Chapter VII and Chapter XII and Article 78 shall apply from 2 August 2025, with the exception of Article 101;

2. Kapitel III Abschnitt 4, Kapitel V, Kapitel VII und Kapitel XII sowie Artikel 78 gelten ab dem 2 August 2025, mit Ausnahme des Artikels 101;

3. Article 6(1) and the corresponding obligations in this Regulation shall apply from 2 August 2027.

3. Artikel 6 Absatz 1 und die entsprechenden Pflichten gemäß dieser Verordnung gelten ab dem 2 August 2027.
